Booking Cancellation

Advance Payments
In cases where an advance payment has been collected, cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the booking and the time of cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Customer no-shows at the pickup location.
- Incorrect pickup details provided by the customer.
- Last-minute cancellations after vehicle dispatch.
- Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
